When the history of impactful representation in Akinyele/Lagelu Federal Constituency is written, the name of Hon. Abdulwasiu Akinmoyede will occupy a golden chapter. As we look toward the 2027 general election, we are not merely asking for a vote; we are demanding the continuation of a democratic dividend that has touched every household. It is time to re-elect a man who has transformed our constituency from a mere geographic expression into a beacon of grassroots development.

We present Hon. Akinmoyede—not with slogans, but with a portfolio of verifiable achievements.

The Unmatched Empowerment Drive

In his first term, Hon. Akinmoyede has redefined what it means to be a “man of the people.” His empowerment programs are not photo opportunities; they are lifelines. Consider the evidence:

· Cash Empowerment: Direct financial palliatives that have revived small businesses.
· Agricultural Revolution: Farmers have received fertilizers, high-yield seedlings, and support for small-scale fishery, ensuring food security and income.
· Transport Sector: Drivers and transport union members have received grants and vehicle maintenance support, putting more vehicles on our roads.
· Market Women: Thousands of our mothers in the market have received interest-free capital to expand their trade.
· Education: Students have received tuition support and school materials, while teachers have been given professional tools to enhance learning.

Infrastructure That Speaks Volumes

Unlike politicians who only remember constituents during elections, Hon. Akinmoyede has illuminated our path—literally. Solar-powered street lights now stand proudly across major towns and villages in Lagelu and Akinyele. These lights have reduced crime, extended business hours, and restored safety to our communities.

Rehabilitation of Collapsed Schools

Our children deserve better than dilapidated classrooms. Hon. Akinmoyede has taken bold action to rehabilitate collapsed primary and secondary schools across the constituency. Where roofs once caved in, learning now thrives. This is not just repairs; it is the rebuilding of our future.

Free Healthcare: A Sacred Covenant

Health is wealth, and for the first time in decades, our people have access to free, quality healthcare. Under his watch, medical outreaches have treated chronic diseases, provided maternal care, and saved families from the shame of “cash-and-carry” deaths. From Lagelu to Akinyele, no one pays to see a doctor at his sponsored medical missions.

A Legislator, Orator, and Rural Politician Extraordinaire

Hon. Akinmoyede is not a novice. He is a product of the trenches. His political journey is a testament to resilience and capacity:

· Councillor, Lagelu Local Government
· Vice Chairman, Lagelu Local Government
· Executive Chairman, Lagelu Local Government
· Member, Oyo State House of Assembly
· Currently: Member, Federal House of Representatives, Abuja

This is an unbroken chain of progressive service. He knows our terrain. He speaks our language. He understands rural politics because he lives it. When he speaks on the floor of the Green Chambers, he is an orator who articulates our cries with precision and passion.

Respect for Tradition, Care for the Vulnerable

A true leader honors those who came before. Traditional rulers across Akinyele/Lagelu have benefited from his magnanimity—through regular consultations, support for festivals, and community development projects led by our royal fathers. Furthermore, widows are no longer forgotten. Monthly stipends, skill acquisition programs, and welfare packages have restored dignity to our grieving mothers.

The Verdict: 100% Performance

For all these reasons and more, both Lagelu and Akinyele local government areas have graded him 100% in his first term. That score is unprecedented. It reflects a man who has worked harder than any predecessor.

The Case for 2027: More Dividends of Democracy

Fellow constituents, democracy is a contract. We gave him our mandate; he gave us results. Now, in 2027, we must renew that contract for a second term to guarantee:

· More empowerment schemes
· More infrastructural expansion
· More legislative impact
· More healthcare access
· More educational revival

Hon. Abdulwasiu Akinmoyede is trusted, tested, and proven. He respects leaders, empowers the powerless, and legislates with courage.

Our Final Appeal to Akinyele and Lagelu

Do not gamble with your future. Do not experiment with rookies. Do not break the wheel of progress. Let us re-elect Hon. Abdulwasiu Akinmoyede for a second term in 2027.

Together, we will get more benefits. Together, we will enjoy a greater division of democracy’s blessings. Vote wisely. Vote for experience. Vote for Hon. Abdulwasiu Akinmoyede for Rep 2027.
