While donating the cash gift to the representatives of both communities, Hon. Babatunde expressed his satisfaction in giving back to society even without political port folio. He stressed that contributing to our communities social services should be based on willingness, not political gain or self- exhibition.
Hon. Babatunde admonished other people who are capable of bringing solace to people to also contribute towards the communities development.
“Surely, much should be expected from a government base on social amenities and all that, but we should not fold our alms looking at communities’ infrastructures getting deteriorated. We should all collectively rise to the yell of our people at grassroots. By doing this, the government can compliment our efforts when we go to them for help. Our little contribution is beyond personal or political gain, it’s has been continual things. Those who are capable of bringing aid to people shouldn’t feel reluctant to do as our society needs us in all ramifications, Hon. Babatunde concludes.
The communities leaders appreciated the donor for his generosity and outstanding contribution all the time towards community service and people’s growth.
