The lawmaker representing Akinyele/Lagelu Federal Constituency, Hon. Prince Akinmoyede Olafisoye Wasiu who has successfully secured his second-term ticket to represent the constituency in the House of Representatives has described Senator Sarafadeen Abiodun Alli’s emergence as the APC gubernatorial candidate in Oyo as a direct testament to his impactful leadership, grassroots connectivity, and dedication to qualitative representation over the years.
The jubilant lawmaker, popularly known as “Lafi,” stated this in his warmest congratulations to Senator Sharafadeen Alli, who emerged victorious in the APC direct governorship primary election conducted across the 33 local government areas of Oyo State yesterday.
Hon. Akinmoyede who described Senator Alli’s emergence as the APC governorship flagbearer as a well-deserved victory, attributed the success to the profound confidence and trust that party members across the state repose in Senator Alli’s leadership capacity, political experience, and unwavering commitment to progressive ideals.
