The Chairman of the Oyo State Local Government Staff Pension Board, Hon Akeem Ademola Ige has felicitated the Executive Governor of Oyo State, Engr Oluseyi Abiodun Makinde, Nigerians, residents and citizens of Oyo State for witnessing the new year 2026.
The congratulatory message was contained in a release issued and made available to news men by the Chairman today.
Hon Ige enjoined Nigerians to have faith in God that the new year will be fruitful, rewarding and full of abundant blessings.
He also assured pensioners most especially retired primary school teachers and local government staff that the present government under the leadership of Engr Oluseyi Abiodun Makinde will provide more welfare packages in the new year.
In his words “I congratulate His Excellency, Governor Seyi Makinde, Nigerians and the good people of Oyo State for witnessing 2026. I also felicitate the members of the Board of the LGSPB, Nigeria Union of Pensioners, Oyo State Council, management, entire members of staff of the Board, retired primary school teachers , local government retirees and other stakeholders of the Board for witnessing the new year”.
