The Oyo State Councillors’ Forum has felicitated the lawmaker representing Lagelu State constituency in the Oyo State House of Assembly, Hon. Olajide Akintunde Emmanuel, fondly called AKT on the occasion of his birthday anniversary today.
In a congratulatory statement issued and made available to journalists by the Chairman of the forum, Hon. Oladepo Ayodeji (ALA), the forum described Hon. AKT who is a 2nd term lawmaker as a leader worth of being emulated in view of his dedication and commitment to uplift his constituents.
According to the statement, “we all the 351 councillors across all the 33 local government areas of Oyo state join others in felicitating distinguished Hon. Akintunde Emmanuel member representing Lagelu State constituency and the Chairman of the House Committee on Local Government and Chieftaincy Matters on his birthday anniversary.
Hon. AKT’s contributions to the legislative activities in 9th and 10th House of Assembly has no doubt led to the modest achievements the House has so far recorded under the leadership of Rt. Hon.
Speaker, Adebo Ogundoyin.
He is someone whose leadership qualities has continued to inspire and uplift the legislative arm at the local government level.
He has consistently demonstrated integrity and kindness, leaving a lasting impact on all who have had the privilege of knowing and working closely with him.
