The Deputy National Chairman (South) of the People’s Democratic Party, Ambassador Taofeek Arapaja has commiserated with the Oyo State Governor, Engr. Seyi Makinde and by extension Chief Meredith Adisa Akinloye family over the unfortunate death of  the former Nigeria’s High Commissioner to Zambia and member of the Oyo State Elders’ Council, her Excellency, Ambassador Ibironke Adefope who died this morning after a brief illness, describing her death as a rude shock.
