
As part of his annual humanitarian gesture aimed at putting smiles on the faces of Muslim faithfuls during the Eid-el-Kabir celebration, House of Assembly hopeful for Ibadan South East Constituency II, Hon. Sunday Babatunde, has distributed millions of naira worth of rams and cash gifts to party members, community residents, and members of the Sunday Babatunde Movement.
This was contained in his Sallah message made available to newsmen through his Director of Strategic Media and Publicity, Kehinde Gbadeyanka. Hon. Babatunde expressed gratitude to Almighty Allah for granting the Muslim Ummah the opportunity to witness another Ileya festival in good health and peace.

The frontline politician emphasized the need for Muslim faithfuls at home, in the diaspora, and those presently observing Hajj rites in the holy land of Makkah to pray fervently for Nigeria, especially for divine intervention against insecurity and other challenges confronting the nation.
Hon. Babatunde further stated that the significance of Eid-el-Kabir should reflect in the daily lives of believers through total loyalty, commitment, obedience, and faithfulness to Almighty Allah, just as exemplified by Prophet Ibrahim (PBUH).

He also prayed for continued peace, prosperity, and abundant blessings in every home, while wishing all Muslim faithfuls many more fruitful celebrations in good health and happiness.
