The former lawmaker that represented the Ogo Oluwa/ Surulere State constituency, Hon. Adegboyega Mathew Abioye has extended warm congratulations to the newly elected Oyo State APC Executive members following yesterday’s successful State Congress held at Liberty Stadium, Oke Ado, Ibadan.
Hon. Abioye popularly called ‘Elder’, specifically lauded the emergence of former Deputy Governor, Otunba Moses Alake Adeyemo, as State Chairman and Barr. Fatai Adesina as the Secretary.
“The peaceful conduct of this congress is a testament to our internal democracy. I commend our leaders and stakeholders for ensuring a rancour-free process that strengthens our fold.” He stated.
Hon. Abioye charged the new leadership to uphold the progressive ideals of the APC, urging them to foster unity and strategic grassroots mobilization, emphasizing that a cohesive executive is vital to securing a resounding victory for the party in the 2027 general elections.
