The Lawmaker representing the Akinyele/Lagelu Federal Constituency, Oyo, Hon. Olafisoye Akinmoyede has called on all members of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in his federal constituency to keep on supporting President Bola Ahmed Tinubu led administration, saying Tinubu has been toiling day and night to deliver good governance in the country.
Hon. Akinmoyede stated this in his remark at the ongoing Renewed Hope Ambassadors rally being held across all the 14 federal constituencies by the APC in Oyo State.
At the Akinyele/Lagelu Federal Constituency rally held at the Amuludun FM football pitch, Moniya, Ibadan yesterday, Hon. Akinmoyede stressed that President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has implemented several programmes and initiatives which are meant to stabilize the country’s economy and bring prosperity to the people.
Hon. Akinmoyede who seconded the motion moved by Senator Yunus Akintunde for the adoption of President Tinubu for a second term in office, hinted that this move became imperative in view of the good governance by the President.
He maintained that all leaders of the party in the state have resolved to work together for the success of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu in 2027 general elections.
At the rally organized to engage party members and grassroots stakeholders in the constituency for President Tinubu, hundreds of youths and women across the Akinyele and local governments were seen carrying placards and banners to display their support for the re-election of Hon. Akinmoyede Olafisoye for the second term in 2027 as well. They were seen dancing around the venue proclaiming the good work that Hon. Akinmoyede has been doing for his constituents since he came on board in 2023.
The Oyo State Ambassador of the Renewed Hope Ambassadors, Senator Teslim Folarin, Minister of Power, Chief Adebayo Adelabu; Oyo Central Senator, Dr Yunus Akintunde, Oyo North Senator, Senator AbdulFatai Buhari, Oyo South Senator, Dr Sharafadeen Alli, State Party Chairman, Alhaji Olayide Abas were present at the event.
Others were Hon. Remi Oseni, Hon. Olamiju Alao-Akala, Hon. Olu Akintola, Hon. Bolaji Afeez Repete, Prof. Adeolu Akande, Hon. Abisoye Fagade, Hon. Adigun Abiodun Murphy, Hon. Mukaila Ambali Hon. Gbenga Ajao, Hon. Akeem Akogun, Alhaji Isiaka Alimi – Former APC Deputy Chairman, and Chairman of the APC, in Oyo Central Senatorial District, Hon. Joshua Oyebamiji, Hon. Ope Salaam among others.
