According to him, the governor’s confidence, resilience, and consistency will undoubtedly rescue the party from any threat of decline.

Hon. Babatunde assured party members to remain loyal and supportive at this critical moment, stressing that the present challenges are temporary. He noted that the storm will soon subside and the political atmosphere will clear, paving the way for resounding victory for the PDP.
He further emphasized that the PDP remains the most stable and consistent political party in Nigeria since its establishment, adding that the party possesses the capacity and collective strength to overcome its present challenges and emerge stronger.

The chairmanship hopeful also expressed satisfaction over ongoing reconciliation efforts within the party and urged members of the PDP in Oyo State not to be discouraged or intimidated, assuring them that victory is certain for the party in all forthcoming elections.
Hon. Babatunde called on citizens to obtain their Permanent Voter Cards (PVCs), describing it as the most potent democratic tool to dislodge the prevailing challenges of hunger, unemployment, insecurity, and corruption which he said have continued to afflict the nation under the APC-led administration.

He concluded by stressing the need for the people of Oyo State to sustain the PDP beyond 2027 in order to prevent a return to the era of retrogression and unpaid salaries.
