The National Secretary of the People’s Democratic Party, Ambassador Taofeek Arapaja has congratulated the Oyo State Governor, Engr. Seyi Makinde on the occasion of his 58th birthday anniversary.
In a birthday congratulatory message issued and made available to journalists through his Personal Assistant, Bamitale Ibrahim, Ambassador Taofeek Arapaja described Governor Makinde as a visionary leader who has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to the progress and development of Oyo State since 2019 when he came on board.
The statement read: “On behalf of myself and family, I congratulate your Excellency, a visionary leader, Engr. Seyi Makinde, on the auspicious occasion of your 58th birthday today 25th December, 2025.
“Under your able leadership Oyo state has witnessed significant positive changes, particularly in the areas of infrastructure development, education, workers welfare, human development, healthcare and many more. We have never had it as good as this before.” He said.
Ambassador Arapaja equally used the occasion to felicitate with christian faithfuls in Oyo State and Nigeria as a whole, commending them for maintaining peaceful and harmonious relationship in the outgoing year 2025.
While praying to God Almighty to grant Governor Makinde many more years in good health, wisdom and strength as he continues to steer the affairs of the state on the path of progress and prosperity, Amb. Arapaja solicits the continued support of the people for Governor Makinde led administration to achieve its lofty transformation agenda.
