former lawmaker in the Oyo State House of Assembly, Hon. Adegboyega Mathew Abioye has extended his heartfelt congratulations to the former First Lady of Oyo State, Mrs Florence Ajimobi on her appointment as a non-career Ambassador by the President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

Hon. (Elder) Adegboyega Mathew Abioye’s congratulatory message was contained in a statement he personally signed and made available to journalists in Ibadan on Sunday morning.

In the statement, Hon. Abioye noted that Mrs Ajimobi’s appointment is a testament to her dedication, hard work, and outstanding role to Oyo State as a former first Lady and Nigeria as a whole as well as her philanthropy and humanitarian services to the society in general.

He added that Mrs Ajimobi has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership skills and a deep commitment to the development of humanity even before she came to public office.

He hinted that Mrs Ajimobi’s experience and previous contributions to the country has prepared her well for her new appointment which will no doubt make her excel as a representative of Nigeria on the global stage.

“Your Excellency ma, I wish you all the best in your new assignment and quite assured that you will make a positive impact in the country and her foreign relations with any country assigned to you to represent.

Congratulations once again ma!” Hon. Abioye concluded.
