Arapaja Mourns Death of Prominent Ibadan Industrialist, Chief Lamidi Ajadi

The Deputy National Chairman (South) of the People’s Democratic Party, Ambassador Taofeek Arapaja has commiserated with the Muslim community and the entire family of the late business mogul, Alhaji Chief Lamidi Ajadi, the Baba Adinni of Ibadanland who died yesterday evening.

In a condolence statement Ambassador Arapaja made available to journalists through his Personal Assistant, Bamitale Ibrahim, he said he was deeply saddened to hear the death of Chief Lamidi Ajadi, who was a highly respected elder and prominent figure in the Muslim community of Ibadan whose death was announced yesterday evening.

Ambassador Arapaja described the deceased as a devoted Muslim, man of peace, dignity who committed his entire life to uplift others with his wealth and influence.

Arapaja who stressed that his wise counsel, leadership, and fatherly roles will be sorely missed, prayed to God to forgive his shortcomings and admit him to paradise

He further prayed to God to grant his family, the Muslim community and associates he left behind the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.
